Welcome to Life In Heels Illustrated.  Thank you for shopping with us, please do read all details carefully before purchasing.


PAYMENTS

All payments accepted are processed through Paypal.

RETURNS

We do hope you love your purchase.  Please keep in mind refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges are not accepted, all sales are final.  However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 


PERSONALIZATION

Your custom stationery will be made to order specifically for you. Customize with your name, a phrase or keep it blank. If no selection is made the cards will remain blank.

Please make a note in the "Notes or Instructions" field when checking out what you would like on the card. Take note of text, upper and lower case, punctuation and spelling. 

All artwork is signed by me the artist.

SHIPPING 

Processing time is between 1-3 days Monday to Friday

All orders are packaged and posted by me twice a week.  Artwork is sealed in a protective plastic sleeve with a backing board and shipped in a rigid mailing envelope for a safe journey. Oversized items may be sent in a shipping tube. 

All orders, domestic and international, are shipped via Canada Post.  Shipping times vary.  The following is a guideline of typical transit times




*please be aware due to circumstances beyond our control, some orders may take longer to arrive than normal, usually the result of weather or postal excess.

*please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or VAT that may be incurred on your order.

Please note we make every effort to display the image as accurately as possible, colours may appear slightly different on different monitors.

All items, prints and artwork purchased in my shop are for personal use only.  Artwork is copyright ©Eleonora Cipriano, and purchasing an item, print or artwork, does not allow you to reproduce it in any way, does not transfer any rights to the purchaser.  Artist retains all rights to copyright and reproduction.

Artwork and prints are for private use only, and not for resale.  Commercial use of images, prints or artwork may not be printed, scanned, downloaded, sold, redistributed or altered.  Any unauthorized reprint or use of these images is prohibited.
